Your new role
They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing all costs related to their construction projects, from initial estimates to final accounts. You will ensure that their projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards. This role is largely site based with some travel to their London office.
What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Professional membership with RICS or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software
