Description
- Booking consultations
- Dealing with appointment request forms from referring vets-
- Ensuring all information is correctly registered on the system-
- Contacting owners to book the consultations
- Sending clients and referring vets confirmation emails and information packs
- Checking histories are in place prior to appointments (including all test results)
- Ensuring referring vet is updated regarding appointments for their clients
- Dealing with all enquiries via phone-calls/e-mails from owners and veterinary surgeons in a timely manner
- Filtering advice requests for the clinicians
- Manage the enquiries email inbox, ensure all information, results etc is registered and passed on to the relevant clinician in a timely manner.
- Updating spreadsheets and keeping accurate records
Profile
Must be a driver due to rural location
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Strong administration skills
- Good attention to detail

- Confident and friendly personality
