Salary: £20,000 - £22,500

They are experiencing an exciting period of growth, having doubled their turnover year-to-date. Seeking motivated individuals to join their supporting sales team, as they expand in the market.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in a busy broker environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in telephone-based sales
- Building and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of clients and individuals
- Proactively managing high-profile client accounts
- Analysing data and insights to provide strategic recommendations to investors
- Meeting monthly targets to achieve internal sales and customer service goals
Training:
Offering comprehensive, first-class training to support your professional growth and success in the role.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales/telephone sales (preferred)
- Wants to work in a challenging environment
- Ability to work well under pressure, self-motivated, and proactive
- Clear, strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
