Are you an experienced Finance Manager seeking a rewarding short-term opportunity within the charity sector? We are looking for a talented individual to join a leading charitable organisation on a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the charity's financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with charity finance regulations.
- Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow management.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, supporting key decision-making processes.
- Manage financial risks and ensure that internal controls are effectively maintained.
- Lead and support the finance team in day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear financial insights to senior leaders.
- A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- The ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
