The Role:
As an HR Manager, you will be a vital part of the organisation, handling a full spectrum of HR responsibilities. This is a true generalist role where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and support on ER issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programmes to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Strategic HR Projects: Lead and participate in strategic initiatives to drive organisational growth and improvement.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Salary & Benefits
