The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and support on ER issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programmes to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Strategic HR Projects: Lead and participate in strategic initiatives to drive organisational growth and improvement.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation.

- Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Salary & Benefits
