Key Responsibilities as a Business Analyst:
- Identify, document, and analyse current business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define best practice processes and workflows.
- Develop clear, detailed process documentation and implementation plans.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on industry best practices.
- Support the integration of IT processes where applicable.
- Report progress, findings, and recommendations to management.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across teams.
Requirements and skills as a Business Analyst
- We're looking for someone who has excellent communication skills and the ability to foster good working relationships.
- Someone who is curious, open to new ideas and proactive and able to support workstream leaders.
- Knowledge and understanding of business analysis tools and techniques and an ability to clearly document business requirements and processes is essential.
- This role works cross functionally, therefore either direct or relatable business experience is essential.
- Work on-site at least three days a week.
