Location: Corby, Northamptonshire, NN18 8ET
Working Hours: 5 Out Of 7 Rolling Rota 08:00 - 17:30 Shifts Available
Pay Rate: £30,100 - £32,500 P/a

As a Warehouse Operations Coordinator your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Managing a pool of workers
- Updating all workers shift patterns on the rota, including new and current employees
- Handling shifts, sickness, holiday requests, and overtime
- Coordinating daily with workers and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Addressing any issues or complaints from employees and depots
- Investigating and reporting incidents between depots and workers
- Managing the CRM system to ensure all data accurate and up to date
