Sales Ledger Clerk

We are recruiting a Sales Ledger Clerk for an award winning based in Coventry. The company are well known to the local community - sponsoring a number of well known organisations and events!

They are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Ledger professional who's comfortable performing the duties listed below & more importantly, someone who will fit well into their established team.

The company is offering a salary of £25-30,000 plus the addition of flexible working. There is 25 days holiday given plus bank holidays with more holiday offered around the festive period. There will be full systems training given on top of an excellent onboarding process! There is on-site parking plus health care benefits included as part of the package.

Duties Will Include

  • Credit Control - chasing up unpaid invoices / overdue debts
  • Updating & maintaining the Sales Ledger
  • Processing payments receipts & filing invoices efficiently
  • Raising and distributing invoices
  • Posting approved invoices onto the system ready for payment
  • Assisting with performing BACS runs each week and loading invoices onto the banking system
  • Invoice queries - dealing with invoice queries from suppliers
  • Assisting with basic admin / accounting tasks as required
