Front of House/Receptionist & Chaperone Harley Street £14ph (circa £29000)
Join a leading non-surgical aesthetic clinic known for exceptional patient care and professionalism. We are seeking a polished and personable Front of House/Receptionist with aesthetic experience who can also provide chaperoning support for patients. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive hourly rate of £14, requiring availability for two Saturdays per month (10:30am to 2:30pm).
About the Role
- Be the first point of contact, offering a warm and professional welcome to all patients and visitors.
- Manage appointment bookings, patient check-ins, and general front desk administration.
- Maintain the smooth running of the reception and waiting areas to the highest standards.
- Provide chaperoning for patients during consultations and treatments, ensuring comfort and privacy at all times.
- Support the clinical team with administrative and patient care tasks as needed.
Ideal Candidate
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable manner.
- Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
- Previous front of house or receptionist experience in an aesthetic clinic setting (essential)
- Willingness to work two Saturdays per month as part of a full-time schedule.
