?? Specialisms: Autism, SEMH, EBD (Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties) and PTSD
?? Contract Type: Permanent

?? Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
?? Salary: Grade 6, Point 20-25 Pro-rata
?? Key Responsibilities:
- ?? Individual and Group Support: Provide 1:1 and small group support across various lessons, including literacy and numeracy.
- ?? Lesson Preparation: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging teaching and learning activities.
- ??? Intervention Planning: Develop and prepare resources for learning activities tailored to individual pupil needs.
- �? Motivation and Progression: Use structured, interesting teaching methods to motivate and advance pupils' learning.
- ?? Referral Identification: Identify pupils needing further support from external professionals like Educational Psychologists and Counsellors.
- ?? IEP Implementation: Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans.
?? What We're Looking For:
- �? Higher Level Teaching Assistant Certificate (or equivalent)
- ?? Proven experience working with pupils with SEND
- ?? Experience in managing challenging behavior
- ???�? Ability to teach individuals and small groups effectively
- ? Strong organizational and time management skills
