Role Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Year 4 Teacher to join our team on a fixed-term contract from October 2024 until at least Easter 2025. This role involves taking full responsibility for a Year 4 class, including planning and assessment, and attending staff meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
- Planning and preparing schemes of work and individual lessons.
- Assessing and recording students' progress and providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Participating in regular staff meetings and contributing to the school's continuous improvement.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and personal development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Strong commitment to student welfare and educational excellence.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- This role is suitable for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking to develop their skills and experience.
