We are working with a Top 20 firm based in Birmingham who have experienced significant growth due to the continuation of winning new business, the development of employees in-house and a consistent drive to support their client base.
They now have several requirements for Audit Assistant Managers, within their Pensions audit team. In this role you will act as the first point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis alongside an experienced and approachable management team.

Your role as an Audit Assistant Manager:
- Working as part of the pensions audit team, you will be responsible for leading audits from planning through to completion for a varied portfolio of high-profile pension fund clients.
- Support Senior Managers on large complex audit assignments aswell as managing a small portfolio of your own clients.
- Liaising directly with the clients to ensure the audits are completed on time and within budget.
- Supervise and mentor more junior members of the team both on site and in the office.
What you'll need to succeed:
- You will be ACA/ACCA/CA qualified with a strong foundation of audit experience.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with pensions schemes/pension funds, or alternatively a desire to learn.
- The successful individual will display energy and enthusiasm and a focus on achieving results.
- A keenness to further your own personal development and meet your career ambitions.
