Diamond Search Recruitment at delighted to be working with our client, a well-established and successful Company based in Northfleet, Kent, and assisting them in the hire of their new Internal Sales Executive (Part Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Your role includes supporting the Sales Team predominately by spending time making outbound calls to customers and prospects.
- You will qualify and follow up on leads, following through marketing campaigns, calling existing customers regularly to check relevance and accuracy of details held on the system.
- Following-up on enquiries and check-in on non-spending customers.
- General ad-hoc administration duties to assist the wider team.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in outbound cold calling.
- Good administration skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Exemplary in serving customers at the highest standard.
- Putting the customer first in everything you do.
- Collaborative team worker.
- Excellent communication skills and good organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, remain calm and hit deadlines.
Hours: Part Time (Flexible Hours) 25 Hours Per Week.
