Aspire People is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 6 Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Coventry. This full-time position is set to commence in September. If you are passionate about teaching and committed to fostering a positive learning environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Year 6 students.

Assessment: Monitor and assess pupils' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.

Classroom Management: Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a safe and conducive learning environment.

Safeguarding: Ensure the safety and welfare of all students, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.

Parental Engagement: Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child's progress and well-being.

Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge.

Essential Requirements:Must hold QTS and be eligible to teach in the UK.

Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.

Strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.

Proven ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.

Experience: Previous experience teaching Year 6 or upper primary is desirable.
