Our client is looking to appoint a commercial controller who has exposure to managing contracts and dealing with stakeholders both internally and externally to the business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ability to read and understand drawings.
- Manage the cash collection process.
- Support the quantity surveyors with general tasks.
- Manage high value high volume projects end to end.
- Work within internal and external stakeholders to complete the projects.
- Excellent understanding of health and safety in the workplace.
- Ability to review commercial contracts.

Skills & qualifications:
- Strong Excel experience
- A background in construction is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- High level communicator
