Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
The Professional Services division at SF Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting exclusively for a growing construction organisation located in the south of Leicester.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our client's team on 12-month fixed term basis.
As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Handle inbound telephone and email enquiries from customers regarding updates on heir sales status for existing sites.
- Sending customers marketing materials, mailshots and progress updates.
- Register new site plots with the NHBC and internal sales system.
- Liaising directly with solicitors to collate legal documentation.
- Maintain an accurately updated sales system with new sale releases, reservations, exchanges, handovers and legal completions.
- Producing reports for the senior Sales Team on sales performance and department reporting.
The successful candidate for the Sales Administrator position will need to have experience in:
- Working in a busy and fast-paced working environment.
- Strong administrative experience is essential, in a sales environment is desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
