An innovative construction consultancy, on the cusp of relocating to a state-of-the-art office in the bustling heart of London, is actively looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing business of 12.
This opportunity offers a fast tracked progression route, managing a few Graduate Building Surveyors and running a variety of projects.

Role and responsibilities
In position of Senior Building Surveyor, you'll take charge of projects from their very inception all the way through to their completion, covering all aspects of the construction of a project, from writing specifications and contract administration.
You will manage projects that vary in value from £50k to £750k, encompassing a wide array of sectors including local authority, education, and commercial. Your expertise will be crucial in handling section 20 and external decoration schemes.
Person specification
This role will suit a Senior Building Surveyor, who is confident in managing both clients and Surveyors, with a focused attitude.
- MRICS qualified (Not essential)
- RICS accredited degree (Essential)
- A construction focused background, with public sector experience
- Good communication with report writing skills
- Previous management experience would be beneficial
