Billing Administrator

Up to £30,000 + Private Health Care + Excellent Benefits + Optional Study Support

Chippenham / Hybrid / Flexible ( 3 days per week office based / Tues-Thurs)

I am recruiting a Billing Administrator to work for my award-winning client based in Chippenham.

The role will provide optional study support and longer term opportunities in the wider finance team.

Reporting to the Team Leader, working in a friendly motivated tenured team - you will enjoy building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

About the job:

  • Process multiple client invoices on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Create bespoke client invoices
  • Apply cash received to the ledger
  • Raise credit notes
  • Resolve client billing queries, liaising with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Manage client portals to ensure they have been updated and accurate information is recorded

  • Intermediate Excel skills
