Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join an established distribution company based in Basingstoke.
Responsibilities as a Warehouse Team Leader:
- Leading a team of warehouse workers
- Supporting the first line manager
- implementing the daily staffing plan
- Training colleagues where needed, following health and safety procedures
- Briefing the team daily and creating targets
- Assisting with warehouse duties and leading by example
- Ensuring productivity rates are achieved
- Monday to Saturday 14:00 - 22:00
- £14.20 per hour
Requirements for the Team Leader role:
- Experience leading a team
- Wealth of previous warehouse experience
- IT Literate
- Available immediately
