Superb opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager / Office Manager to join a team of high aptitude, academic individuals within an investment group in the heart of Mayfair, playing a key role in the smooth running and operations of their beautiful office.

Operations Manager

This is a full-time, office-based role for an Operations Manager with meticulous attention to detail who will be responsible for overseeing and optimising day-to-day operations, managing resources, suppliers and contractors, improving processes, assisting with internal events, and ensuring efficiency across the office. This role will suit an experienced Operations Manager or Office Manager who takes pride in ensuring the workspace is immaculately presented at all times, and has an eye for the smallest of details.

Operations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the office is maintained in immaculate condition at all times
  • Liaise with HR team across the group, assisting with HR administration - process starters and leavers, oversee recruitment processes and onboarding etc
  • Organise team activities and oversee internal events
  • Manage and update CRM system
  • Coordinate with management, contractors and vendors for office maintenance, repairs, ensuring work is on budget and to standard
  • Manage health and safety, fire systems etc within the building
  • Handle contracts, including renewals and tenders
  • Oversee the front of house team

Operations Manager Requirements:

  • 3 years+ office management, operations management or facilities management experience
  • Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, discreet and able to handle confidential information
  • Positive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic
  • Experience within financial services - particularly private equity, venture capital, hedge funds etc
  • Strong academics and interest in current affairs
