About the Role:
As an ECT P.E Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physical education lessons to students of varying abilities and age groups. You will play a key role in promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles. Your creativity and energy will inspire students to achieve their best in both individual and team sports. In addition to planning and delivering engaging and inclusive P.E lessons in line with the national curriculum, you will foster a positive and supportive learning environment, assess and monitor student progress, and provide constructive feedback.
Encouraging student participation in extracurricular sports activities and school events will be an essential part of your role. You will collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide physical education programs while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations related to physical education.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge in Physical Education
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings
