Job Title:

Temporary Inside Sales Consultant

Salary:

£28,000 neg or £13.46 per hour

Hours:

8am - 4.30pm ON SITE Monday - Friday ( 40 hours)

the length of this contract is undecided at present but is ongoing until further notice

Our lovely client in Harlow is looking for a temporary candidate to assist in their sales team. The ideal candidate will be someone who is confident with a can do attitude. Previous sales experience isn't necessary but you will need to have previous experience within customer services with a good telephone manner.

Job Brief:

An exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and growing company as an Inside Sales Consultant. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless service delivery and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in sales, telesales, or customer service, embodying our values of performance, integrity, teamwork, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with potential B2B customers via telephone to introduce our services and products.
  • Generate and qualify new leads to build a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline by maintaining the Salesforce CRM when required.
  • Successfully achieve and aspire to exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide sales support via email & phone.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling customer queries and objections professionally and effectively, throughout the sales process.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal stakeholder teams.
  • Collaborate across the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies and share best practices.

Follow up with customers on submitted bids and quotes to close the loops in the sales pipeline. Full training will be provided.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience with outbound calling and a strong desire to succeed in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Demonstrate tenacity and resilience while contributing to a hardworking and ambitious team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of integrity and a commitment to excellence, with a willingness to learn, develop and build on feedback.
