Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Block or Property Manager in New Build high rise apartment to join a leading property developer in the Management and Lettings team. With new developments opening in key hot spot areas in Manchester/Salford, you will be able to set things up from the start. With a flawless track record in building high quality apartments and outstanding tenant facilities, this is a brand you can be proud to work for. Initially a 200 unit development will open imminently in a key regeneration area in between Deansgate and Media City. This will be followed by a 300 unit development in Manchester city centre which will boast the best tenant facilities in the area. We are looking for an individual who thrives on taking responsibility and enjoys working independently, although training and support is on hand, combined with excellent systems to assist with operating efficiently.
On offer is a competitive basic salary of £40,000 + Performance related bonus and the chance to progress with business with several thousand units in the pipeline and an impressive land bank.
To be considered for this opportunity we are hoping to speak to ambitious and customer focused Block/Property Managers with a strong track record across key disciplines. Qualifications in ARLA or IRPM would be a distinct advantage and you must possess a full UK driving licence.
