Payroll, Benefits & Reporting Specialist

A global professional services organisation is looking to hire a Payroll, Benefits & Reporting Specialist to join their team in their London HQ.

This role will report into the Head of HR.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure accurate processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations and change of status
  • Ensure monthly payroll changes are integrated into the payroll systems
  • Processing an in house UK payroll and a small US expat payroll
  • Year end processing
  • Pension & benefits processing
  • Ensuring compliance with HMRC

Experience required:

  • Workday experience (payroll or HR)
  • ADP experience
  • Strong UK payroll experience
