We have an amazing opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join an established Legal 500 tiered firm in Birmingham. The highly regarded firm are looking to add a lawyer to the busy and highly experienced team to run their own cases, and work alongside partners on bigger and more complex cases relating to most forms of Corporate Law.
Our client is looking to bring on an experienced, highly motivated individual to deal with a caseload of complex, varied, high value matters whilst focussing on their own career development, and assisting with the career development of more junior solicitors.
Candidates will have a breadth of experience dealing with corporate matters including, but not limited to:
- Corporate Disputes
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Shareholder Agreements
- Consultancy and Partnership Agreements
The successful candidate will be ambitious, hard-working, and comfortable dealing with complex matters
5 years PQE+
Hybrid Working available
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 depending on experience
