Join Our Dynamic Team as a Team Leader!
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Team Leader to join our team and drive the efficiency and quality of our production process.
If you have the skills to lead and motivate ensuring daily / weekly targets are achieved we want to hear from you!
As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Production Team Leader with all production, quality, process and people activities. You will oversee the day to day production throughout communicating to all employees who report to you daily. You will also play a key role in training and developing team members to improve their skills and efficiency ensuring we have an agile workforce.
With proven experience in a team leadership role within a production or manufacturing environment, you will have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including days and nights, is a must. This role consists of a week of days and a week of nights, working Monday to Thursday.
