Job Description

  • Job Title : Sample Pack Technician
  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Hours : 37.5 hours per week
  • Job Location : Ellesmere Port
  • **Salary:**£23, 432

As a Sample Pack Technician you'll be responsible for ensuring sampling kits and bottles are packaged in accordance with customer and SGS requirements ensuring that contractual requirements are met. You will also ensure that stock levels are appropriately monitored and recorded in line with SGS requirements ensuring efficient running of the department.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:-

  • Ability to adopt a flexible approach to work and react effectively to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Able to work under own initiative and with a high degree of autonomy & maturity.
  • Knowledge of IT systems, particularly MS Office applications.
  • Experience of working within a warehouse environment would be advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

To be successful you'll need

  • Experience in working within a high-volume submission / fast paced environment and working to a tight deadline.
  • Previous Data Entry/ Admin experience
  • GCSE in Science, Mathematics and English grades A to C or equivalent.
  • Good to have experience of working within Petroleum Industry but not essential
  • Good to have experience of working in a laboratory environment but not essential
