IT Support Administrator
Onsite (Bicester)
6-month fixed-term contract
£28,000- 32,000 per annum
My client is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their team on an initial 6-month basis. They are hoping this position with turn into a permanent role in the future, however are looking for 6-months fixed term initially.
Responsibilities:
- Providing 1st/2nd line support
- Resolving tickets on their helpdesk (remote support)
- Setting up new users, creating accounts and granting permissions
- Troubleshooting hardware/software of customer issues
- Setting up new hardware (PCs/laptops/printers)- maintenance, installation + configuration
Skills:
- Experience with Windows environment (7/8/10) and servers (2016-2022)
- Office 365 administration
- Experience with Group Policy/Active Directory/Azure AD
- Hardware knowledge (laptops, printers, PCs, mobile phones)
- Knowledge of VMWare, MS Exchange, Intune (beneficial)
