Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Communicating effectively with customers, providing exceptional support in a timely manner
- Liaising with suppliers, ensuring a smooth ordering process through to delivery
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Preparing and distributing reports
- Ensuring invoices, both from suppliers and to customers, are correct
- Using Excel on a daily basis
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Previous experience within Customer Service and/or Administration
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Advanced level Excel skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Accuracy and attention to detail
