Are you a property agent that wants to supercharge their career?
We are working with one of the UKs fastest growing boutique commercial property businesses - an entrepreneurial business that specialises in the sale of healthcare businesses / property portfolios.
Typical transactions range from £500k - £20m+ and you will have incredible earning potential with a potential route to equity director level.
You'll be working with high net worth individuals and be their trusted expert partner when it comes to the sale of and the acquisition of care businesses / groups / sites.
This is a role for a professional, confident, articulate and diligent property agent - ideally someone currently operating within commercial property (perhaps selling large commercial premises / hospitality venues etc).
You need to be a methodical, proactive and tenacious sales professional, someone who likely sees themselves in a director level role downstream.
This will be both career changing and life changing for the right person. Genuinely.

Required;
- A track record of success within commercial property (or high end residential) sales.
- An ability to communicate with a professional, commercially aware customer / client audience.
- Ability to manage all aspects of complex sales which can include various moving parts.
- Tenacity, strong work ethic, diligent and process focused - you are someone who people can rely.
