Job Purpose
- Undertake daily bookkeeping duties for a broad range of clients, including sales invoice processing, purchase invoice processing and bank reconciliations
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts to the highest standard
- Review bookkeeping prepared by junior
- Oversee reconciliations of control accounts
- Post monthly wages journals
- Preparation of monthly CIS returns
- Provide training to clients

The Successful Applicant
- AAT qualified and Xero certified, studying, or qualified by experience
- Recent bookkeeping experience is essential, with a proactive approach to handling accounts
- Good working knowledge of accounting software including Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks.
- Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Experience with Datamolino, Concur, Expensify and Fathom desirable, but not essential
- A can-do attitude to problem-solving
- Good communications skills, both written and verbally
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
