CMC Consulting have partnered with an industry-leading retailer in their search for a commercially astute accountant. Joining as a Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role within the team, partnering closely with multiple departments to deliver critical analysis.
Duties include:
- Ownership of budgets, quarterly forecasts and management accounts
- Production of reporting analysis and completion of month end duties
- Production of variance analysis, including insightful and commercial analysis
- Transactional accounting (Accruals, Prepayments, Journals, Fixed Assets, Reconciliations etc.)
- Business partner to multiple departments to provide updates and translate financial language
You will be either be a part qualified candidate or wanting to study for a professional qualification. You must be a strong communicator. Ideally you will have had some commercial / analytical experience.
