HSE Administrator
Location: Waterbeach
Salary: £25-£30k
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 1pm
Start Date: Urgent ASAP
Unicorn Resourcing is currently recruiting for a Permanent HSE Administrator role based in Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong background in Office Administration to join their team.
As the HSE Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the health, safety, and environmental initiatives within the organization, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of health, safety, and environmental management systems
- Compiling and maintaining documentation related to health and safety procedures and regulations
- Supporting in the organization and coordination of HSE training programs and initiatives
- Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify and address potential health and safety risks
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure adherence to HSE policies and procedures
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a similar Office Administrator or HSE administrative role
- Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with internal and external stakeholders
