My client has a very exciting role for a brilliant Property Manager to join a strong, well known agency based in their Streatham branch.

Main Roles:
- Portfolio Size of Circa 100 Properties
- We are looking for a Property Manager with minimum 1-2 years experience
- Someone who is organised, attentive and resilient.
- Thinks on their feet and is able to resolve issues within a timely manner
- Keeping Landlords and Tenants updated daily.
- Knowledge on Compliance
- Ability to work within a team and deal with delegated tasks in a timely manner.
- Willing to do further training and off the job learning to stay up to date with the ever changing legislation.
