A family owned civil engineering and property services company are looking to hire a document controller. They are specialists in design, construction services, civil engineering and building services. Their main works include rail refurbishments and fit-outs, commercial property design, refurbishment and maintenance, interior fit out of retail, bespoke residential, education, hospitality and the science and technology sectors, M&E and special works.
Your new role
Managing and controlling all documents related to a construction project. Maintaining integrity and accessibility of project documentation and creating, reviewing, approving, updating, and archiving various types of documents to ensure that accurate and up-to-date information is available to all relevant stakeholders throughout the project.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience with document management programs
- Experience in construction projects
- Experience using some of the following programs - Aconex, ViewPoint 4 Projects, Asite, ConstructWare, Project Wise
What you'll get in return
A negotiable salary between £30k - £50k depending on experience.
