This role will sit within the Information Technology Compliance Messaging Archiving programme team and provide a link between the business and technical divisions and the solution providers for all aspects of identifying, implementing and maintaining Archiving solutions.

You will primarily be responsible for coordinating and managing activities/tasks in support of the implementation of key programmes and projects related to Compliance Archiving and eDiscovery technology.

Your key responsibilities

  • Developing a sound knowledge of the business requirements specific to Compliance Archiving Products
  • Liaising with the key stakeholders to understand, scope and document functional requirements, workflows and results of analysis and obtain sign-off
  • Working with Product Owner and Scrum Leads to plan analysis work and highlight key risks, issues and dependencies that arise from new projects
  • Contributing on projects to ensure it is planned in a manner that delivers to the required cost, quality and within the agreed scope, including appropriate milestone definition, work breakdown structure, dependencies, and assumptions
  • Working alongside our team of leading business analysts to track and manage projects in accordance with Business Requirements and architectural/design requirements

Your skills and experience

  • Strong track record of Business Analysis within Financial Services
  • Relevant Financial Services experience
  • Ability to work within an agile framework e.g. Scrum
  • Have a high desire to learn new technologies and implement various solutions in fast paced environments
  • Experience in effectively communicating with and positively influencing project stakeholders and team members
