Recruitment Coordinator - 12 month FTC

Your new role
Working as part of a larger recruitment team, you will be supporting specific business areas through the end-to-end recruitment cycle. You will partner with line managers to understand their requirements, advise on the best ways to attract candidates and manage the advertising of vacancies. Once advertised, you will work with line managers to shortlist candidates and book interviews, then advise candidates on the outcome of those interviews. Once the successful candidate is appointed, you will then coordinate their on-boarding, including right to work checks and references.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced recruitment coordinator, who is used to working in a busy environment and able to manage multiple vacancies. This is a friendly and supportive team with hybrid working available from their offices in Birmingham City Centre.
