Are you a Quantity Surveyor from a Mechanical and Electrical background looking for a technical role within a well-established company, offering the chance to work on both small and large scale projects across East-Anglia, and progress your career?
This company has over 50 years of expertise in mechanical and electrical services, providing a comprehensive service from design to installation to both private and commercial clients. They are now looking to expand their friendly team to help with their ongoing growth goals.
In this role you would play a crucial part in managing costs and ensuring the financial viability of a variety of projects. You will be responsible for the preparation of estimates, cost planning, and the management of contracts related to mechanical and electrical works.
This role would suit someone from a mechanical and electrical background, with experience as a Quantity Surveyor, looking for the opportunity to further their skills and work on dynamic projects and have the opportunity to progress within the company.
The Role:
- Cost estimation and management.
- Contract administration.
- Processing surveying data.
- Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
The Person:
- Quantity Surveyor or similar.
- Mechanical and Electrical background.
- Commutable to Norwich.
