My large client in the retail sector is currently looking for an Administrator to join their team in Watford on an initial 9 month contract. You will be sitting and assisting in the Facilities Management team with the administrative duties.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • General administration
  • Dealing with suppliers
  • Adhoc raising of Purchase Orders
  • Involvement with continuous improvement initiatives

Skills that would make you successful in this role:

  • Administration experience in a fast paced environment
  • Experience of working within facilities management
  • An interest in continuous improvement
  • A European language would be highly desirable
  • Having used ServiceChannel would be highly desirable
