The Advocate Group is working with an innovative and dynamic brand very much at the heart of the FMCG and retail industry! Following continued success, they're looking to hire yet another Account Manager who can continue drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with key stakeholders (internal and external) to build out a commercially successful strategy which will deliver against KPIs.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure commercial success, managing the full process including account management, marketing/ media plans, logistics and planning etc are in line with strategy and will ultimately drive revenue.
  • Directly manage a team of Account Executives (approx. 3).

About You:

  • At least 4 years' commercial/ sales/ account management experience within FMCG, retail and media industry - ideally snacks, confectionary or soft drinks
  • At least 1 year people management experience
  • An exceptional driven to grow the category, a real entrepreneurial spirit with an agile approach to work
