Heron Bros in Glasgow are an award winning construction and property developing company and they are looking to grow their team by starting an apprentice to complete a Business and Administration qualification.
What will I be doing?
- Greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls and emails
- Organising couriers, deliveries and handling mail
- Providing administrative support to Scottish office and sites as required
- Using office equipment – copies, printers etc
- Helping to organise social events and days out
- Processing expenses for staff
- Replying to communications from clients/customers and other parts of the business
What do I need to be successful?

Salary:
£20,000 per annum
Working hours:
Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, Friday 8:30am – 5pm
