Family Solicitor
Location: Bromsgrove, Worcestershire (Office based)
Salary: £50k - £60k (DOE) + Excellent Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
The Client:
Our client is a well-established law firm, providing flexible services to a diverse clientele, including local, national, and international clients.
The Role:
As a Family Solicitor, you will handle a variety of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, co-habitation, and pre-nuptial agreements.
They will also consider Senior Associate Solicitor for this role.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar role.
- Must be a Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
- Experience in family law, with a minimum of 5 years PQE.
- Background in full case management including conducting own advocacy.
- Understanding of private and publicly funded divorce and matrimonial finance matters.
- Ability to deal with a varied caseload of divorce, financial remedy, co-habitation and pre-nuptial agreements.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
