The HR Department plays a pivotal role in the development of all of Aldi's people processes; supporting each stage of the employee lifecycle.
Working as part of the Recruitment Team, you'll play an incredibly important role in various projects and activities to develop, implement and maintain Recruitment systems and processes across Store Operations, Warehouse Operations and Head Office functions.
Supporting the Recruitment Manager, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to scope and roll out key business initiatives. There's plenty of opportunity to get involved in all aspects of Recruitment including working on projects alongside Marketing, Diversity and Inclusion, Store Operations, and IT teams, as well as providing hands on assistance to recruitment teams across all business areas.
Please note that our Placement Programmes are for university students currently studying towards an undergraduate degree, who are seeking a 12-month sandwich placement before their final year of study.
You'll need to be working towards a 2:1 degree, have 96 UCAS points from your top 3 A-Levels (or equivalent qualifications), possess a driving licence and have the right to work in the UK.
