Snapshot of the Role

In the role of Diversity, Inclusion & Culture Change Training Consultant you will have the opportunity to help build more inclusive workplaces where everyone feels valued and heard. At the core of this either four or five-day per week position is the facilitation of diversity, equity and inclusion related training sessions, both live-online and in-person at client venues UK-wide (sometimes with the help of professional actors!) You will help ensure every solution is customised to meet the specific needs of each customer organisation, contributing to the creation of training materials that are packed with engaging innovation while remaining accessible and relevant to all.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitation of Workshops & Webinars: Lead tailormade diversity, inclusion and culture change related training sessions with energy, empathy and cultural sensitivity, creating safe spaces where all participants feel respected, included, and empowered to engage. (Training is delivered both online/virtually and in person at client venues UK-wide so travel will be part of the role. It is expected that training delivery will make up, on average, 70-80% of the role.)
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with client organisations, to understand their evolving diversity, inclusion and culture change needs and deliver customised solutions that drive tangible, positive change.
  • Acting on Insights: Actively seek out and incorporate feedback from participants and clients, drawing also on societal changes and industry best practice, to continuously improve our diversity, inclusion and culture change solution, ensuring they remain innovative and impactful.
  • Colleague Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues from all departments to develop innovative solutions, enhancing RightTrack's external reputation and offering. Opportunities might include, for example, developing new products, engaging in speaker opportunities, supporting our growth globally, being filmed for vlogs, writing industry leading articles.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed on the latest diversity, equity and inclusion trends and best practices and be proactive in sharing this knowledge with the team to enhance our collective expertise.
