My client are a global freight forwarding company based locally to the Heathrow area, they are looking for an experienced ETSF and Transport Coordinator to join their team.
Daily duties will include:
- Inventory controls, keeping quality standards high for audits
- Completing ETSF release notes
- Completing live manifests
- Recite and process import collection notes, MAWB manifest and damage sheet upon receiving ETSF freight
- Checking status of MAWB using ASM Sequoia
- Planning work loads of hauliers and vehicles
- Liaising regularly with drivers
- Driver audits
Experience needed:
- Previous experience in a transport role working for a freight forwarding company, ideally ETSF
- Excellent communication skills
- Steady work history for referencing purposes
Working hours:
- 4on4off DAYS 7am - 7pm
