Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution to meet project milestones.
- Manage and mentor the site team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and local authorities, ensuring smooth communication and problem-solving.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Site Agent on highways or major infrastructure projects.
