Axon Moore are partnering with an accountancy practice in Bolton to recruit a new Client Partner.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for a reduced portfolio of clients
  • Ensure compliance deadlines are met for all clients.
  • Management of a team of assistants and accountants, and reviewing work Preparing accounts, VAT returns, corporation tax returns and any other compliance work needed for filing at Companies House and HMRC.
  • Ownership of compliance across the team, maintaining a thorough review process for all work, ensuring a consistent and compliant service is delivered and statutory filing dates are met.
  • Monitor performance to ensure standards are met and accurate, tailored, and proactive advice is being given to clients, evidenced by high engagement and client referrals.
  • Proactively measure and monitor results to identify and implement opportunities for improvement, to delight the client and facilitate growth.
  • Develop and deliver training plans, fostering an environment where team members are able and motivated to grow and develop.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new clients
  • To Facilitate growth of the SME clients, to increase client numbers and our contribution to the EBITDA of the business.

Ideally candidates will be part or newly qualified, with a minimum of 3 years working within a finance focussed role.
