- Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients across Essex & Suffolk
- Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of your specialist market, building pipelines and tracking down the best talent!
- Providing high quality recruitment services, with an honest and human approach to deliver excellent results.
- Attending networking events relevant to your market to expand your network.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviewing them to ensure their skills and cultural fit matches the client.
- Proactively developing new business opportunities.
