The business is now looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team on a 1 year fixed term basis, working to deliver the organisation's Business Change Strategy which includes the implementation of a new delivery framework and a new cloud solution amongst several other projects.

Description
- You will define, plan, manage and deliver the organisation's larger and more complex long-term projects and understand how these will deliver their strategic objectives and benefits.
- To understand and champion the concepts, procedures and application of Project Management and the organisation's Delivery Framework across the organisation
- To lead on stakeholder reporting and communications
- Play a senior role in understanding how the organisation can improve their project management practices by reviewing feedback and usage
- Identify appropriate contractual frameworks and appropriate suppliers#
- Coach and lead teams in Agile and Lean practices
Profile
- Experience of managing high value complex or strategic projects through the full project life cycle
- Excellent knowledge of Agile working and being able to use this to mentor others and implement Agile working in the workplace
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
Job Offer
- Salary of up to £60,000
- Hybrid-working - 1 to 2 days a week in the office (Central London)
