Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Tilbury
Pay Rate: £12.61 per hour
Working Hours: 8:00am-16:00pm
Shifts Available:
- Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve productivity targets.
- Maintain effective communication within the team and across departments.
- Monitor and report on performance, addressing any issues or areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Work in a chilled environment, adhering to the required standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse/factory environment is essential.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with the team.
